江苏武汉大学/湖北大学刘志洪课题组报道了通过精细调节染料性质及其与UCNPs的组装方式可以改变敏化效率。体外和体内研究均表明，电网第引入量子点显着改善了治疗性能。

利用体内生物成像技术，条5通道研究了这种UCNPs的性能，其具有良好的生物相容性和较高的信号对比度。
